  38. The Loop Twist will connect the two ends of bubble #2, by twisting together points A and B.

  40. To keep this type of twist from popping, sqeeze the bubble a little bit at you twist it, so that the pressure in the bubble is reduced.  You may also twist off the desired length, un-twist it, and then remake the twist to soften the bubble.
